The 6-Jaw Super Precision Set-Tru features a 6-inch forged steel body scroll chuck equipped with a 2-piece hard reversible TMX™ American tongue and groove jaw system, hardened to 50 HRC with a plain back. Set-Tru™ chucks utilize micro-adjustment screws to achieve extremely high gripping concentricity, making them suitable for universal applications on machine tool spindles, rotary tables, and prismatic fixtures. The TMX™ system by Toolmex is made in Europe and can be compared to Bison® models 3564 and 3565 from Series 7-866.
