The Hierarchy Shapes desk features a porcelain steel whiteboard top designed for active learning and long-term durability, suitable for classrooms, libraries, and study environments. This adjustable desk system includes a premium 24-gauge porcelain steel surface that is more than twice as hard and scratch-resistant as laminate, providing over five times the wear resistance and resisting delamination to maintain dry-erase performance. The surface reduces glare and ambient reflection, accepts magnets, and is backed by a lifetime guarantee. The desk incorporates molded charcoal polypropylene edge banding with a slightly raised, fully encapsulated design to prevent rust, and powder-coated steel legs available in platinum or black finishes with one-screw height adjustment ranging from 18" to 29". Floor-safe glides are standard, with optional dual-wheel locking casters for pod-style configurations. The desks can be used individually or joined together in multiple configurations to support collaboration or independent study.
