The kit offers heavy-duty proven performance with a lightweight, portable design that allows for fast transport and set-up. It features a self-contained oil system with adjustable flow control, providing versatility for threading and grooving while ensuring quiet operation. The product is approved by CSA to CSA and UL standards (115V only) and includes specifications such as a pipe capacity of 1/8" - 2" (3mm-50mm) and a bolt capacity of 1/4" - 2" (6mm-50mm). The motor is a 1/2 HP, 115V universal 50/60 Hz with heavy-duty rotary motor control for on/off/reverse operation, and a spindle speed of 38 RPM (with an optional 52 RPM). It also features a hammer-type chuck with replaceable, rocker-action jaw inserts and an oiling system through the head, incorporating a self-priming constant-flow gerotor pump. The kit comes with a Model 360 roll-type cutoff cutter that is self-centering and full-floating, as well as a Model 344 reamer suitable for 1/8" to 2" with a five flute cone and right hand only. Standard equipment includes one No. 811A quick-opening die head, one set of 1/2" - 3/4" alloy universal dies, one set of 1" - 2" alloy universal dies, one No. 360 cutter with E-1032 cutter wheel, one No. 344 reamer, and one gallon of Nu-Clear threading cutting oil. Please note that the stand is not included.
