The 300 Compact threading kit is designed for versatile threading and grooving applications on pipes ranging from 1/2" to 2" NPT, operating at 115V and 25 - 60 Hz. It features a heavy-duty rotary motor control with an integral foot switch for easy operation, and its lightweight, portable design allows for fast transportation and setup. The self-contained oil system includes an adjustable flow control, and the Gerotor pump provides constant flow, ensuring efficient lubrication through-the-head with an integral oil reservoir. The kit comes with a hammer-type chuck featuring replaceable rocker-action jaw inserts, a model 360 roll-type cutter for self-centering, and a model 344 reamer with a five-flute cone for right-hand use, accommodating sizes from 1/8" to 2". Included in the package are one No. 811A quick-opening die head, one No. 344 reamer, one No. 360 cutter with an E-1032 cutter wheel, a set of universal alloy dies for sizes 1/2" - 3/4", a set for 1" - 2", and a gallon of Nu-Clear oil, all supported by the model 250 folding wheel stand.
