The kit features a compact, lightweight design with a one-piece aluminum housing, providing durability and ease of use. It includes two easy-to-use carrying handles and an integral foot switch hanger for enhanced portability and functionality. Powered by a robust 1/2 HP universal motor operating at 50/60 Hz, the machine offers a spindle speed of 44 RPM for right hand operation, and boasts an adjustable oil flow control for optimal performance. It is approved by CSA to CSA and UL standards (115V only). The pipe capacity ranges from 1/4" to 1 1/2" (6mm-37mm), and the bolt capacity accommodates bolts from 5/16" to 1" (6mm-25mm). The front chuck utilizes a hammer type with replaceable rocker action jaw inserts, while the rear centering device employs a cam action for accuracy. Included in the standard equipment are one No. 811A quick opening die head, one set of 1/2"-3/4" universal alloy NPT dies, one set of 1"-1 1/2" universal alloy NPT dies, one No. 732 cutter with cutter wheel, one No. 344 five fluted reamer for 1/4"-1 1/2", and one gallon of Nu-Clear oil.
