The Ridgid model no. 600 Power Drive comes with a case and support arm, featuring a powerful, portable design with a reversible universal motor that operates on either 115V or 220V. It has a capacity of 1/8" to 1-1/4" (3mm-32mm) pipe and is specifically designed for use with Ridgid 11-R die heads, making it ideal for on-site applications such as gas line pipe installation. This unit is approved by CSA to comply with CSA and UL standards (for 115V only). The motor specifications include a 1/2 HP universal motor, operating at 50/60 Hz. It also features a heavy-duty paddle-type switch with a safety lock-off, as well as a separate forward/reverse switch. The gear housing is made of aluminum, while the body and handle are constructed from durable heavy-duty fiberglass reinforced plastic. The spindle speed is rated at 32 RPM (no load), and the kit includes die heads for sizes 1/2", 3/4", 1", and 1-1/4" (type 11-R).
