The 15' x 40' Medium Duty 6 oz. Tarp in Silver (S15X40) is a versatile, durable covering designed for various applications. This tarp measures 15 ft. x 40 ft. and is constructed from woven poly, providing a waterproof, mildewproof, tear-resistant, and acid-resistant solution. With a weight of 6 oz. per square yard and a thickness of 11-12 mil, the tarp features a 14x14 weave count and grommets placed approximately every 18 inches, complemented by reinforced corner grommets for added strength. The finished size is approximately 2% or 6 inches shorter than the stated dimensions, ensuring an efficient fit. It is lightweight yet durable, made from high-density polyethylene that is woven into black fabric and laminated in silver on both sides. The edges are finished with hems that incorporate poly twine, and all seams and hems are heat sealed. Additionally, the tarp is UV treated, enhancing its resistance to sun damage.
