This 6 ft. x 8 ft. woven poly tarp is waterproof, mildewproof, tear resistant, and acid resistant, with a weight of 2.9 oz. per square yard and a thickness of 5-6 mil. It features an 8x10 weave count and grommets located approximately every 36 inches. The finished size is approximately 2% or 6 inches shorter than the stated dimensions. The tarp is lightweight yet durable, manufactured from high-density polyethylene that is woven into fabric and then laminated on both sides. The edges are finished by hemming with poly twine inserted in the hem, and all seams and hems are heat sealed. It is also UV treated for added protection.
