The 40' x 40' Medium Duty 6 oz. Tarp, Silver (S40X40) is designed for durability and functionality, featuring a waterproof, mildewproof, and tear-resistant composition. With a weight of 6 oz. per square yard and a thickness of 11-12 mil, this tarp has a 14x14 weave count and grommets placed approximately every 18 inches, along with reinforced corner grommets. The finished size is approximately 2% or 6 inches shorter than the advertised dimensions. Constructed from high-density polyethylene, this lightweight yet durable tarp is woven into a black fabric and laminated silver on both sides, with edges secured by hemming them with poly twine. All seams and hems are heat sealed for added strength, and the tarp is UV treated for enhanced protection against sun damage.
