The 12' x 40' Medium Duty 6 oz. Tarp, Silver - S12X40 is a versatile tarp designed for various applications, featuring a waterproof, mildewproof, tear-resistant, and acid-resistant construction. With a weight of 6 oz. per square yard and a thickness of 11-12 mil, this tarp boasts a 14x14 weave count and includes grommets approximately every 18 inches, along with reinforced corner grommets for added durability. The finished size is approximately 2% or 6 inches shorter than the nominal dimensions. Made from high-density polyethylene, the tarp is woven into a black fabric and then laminated with silver on both sides. It is finished with hems reinforced by poly twine, and all seams and hems are heat sealed for additional strength. This tarp is also UV treated, enhancing its longevity and performance in outdoor environments.
