The Merit SS 316/316L Schedule 40 welded pipe nipple measures 3/8 inch by 7 inches with NPT male threading. Manufactured by Merit Brass, established since 1937, these pipe nipples are produced in a state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio, which is ISO 9001:2008 certified. The nipples are made from stainless steel 316/316L and conform to Schedule 40 specifications. Each nipple undergoes Positive Metal Identification (PMI) and die-stamping to ensure complete and accurate traceability. The products are carefully inspected and packaged in cardboard cartons using automated packaging machines.
