The Merit SS 304/304L Schedule 80 seamless extra heavy pipe nipple measures 3/4 inch by 3-1/2 inches with NPT male threading. Manufactured since 1937 by Merit Brass, this pipe nipple is produced in a state-of-the-art ISO 9001:2008 certified facility in Cleveland, Ohio. The manufacturing process includes PMI (Positive Metal Identification) and die-stamping for complete and accurate traceability. The pipe nipple is inspected with great attention to detail and packaged in cardboard cartons using automated packaging machines. It is made from stainless steel grades 304/304L, conforms to Schedule 80 standards for extra heavy wall thickness, and is seamless for enhanced durability.
