3M™ 4056 double coated urethane foam tape measures 1" x 36 yds. and has a thickness of 62 mil. This product is sold in cases of 9 rolls and features a black, 0.0625 in. (1.6 mm) open-cell, flexible urethane foam carrier. The tape utilizes 3M™ adhesive 100, providing a strong, permanent bond with high shear strength, making it suitable for a variety of bonding issues across different surfaces. It is designed for both interior and exterior applications, ensuring that it remains effective in protected environments. The tape is ideal for mounting interior signage, nameplates, soap dispensers, air fresheners, as well as bonding acoustic panels to walls and attaching wire clips to surfaces. The conformable foam and adhesive combination provides long-term holding capabilities at temperatures up to 220° F (104° C). Additionally, the robust, green plaid, densified kraft paper liner aids in reducing edge roll and protects the tape from humidity extremes, further ensuring reliable performance in industrial applications such as die-cutting and automated dispensers.
