The Valley Craft® Aluminum Deep Frame Mini Pallet Truck is equipped with solid rubber wheels and features two 13 3/4" forks, making it suitable for use with or without Valley Craft mini pallets. With a load capacity of 1,000 lbs, these heavy-duty hand trucks are designed for efficient loading, transporting, and storing of various products, whether within your facility or for deliveries. Built-in over-sized fenders enhance stability and protect the load during transport, while a hand brake (available on select models) offers added control on heavy loads or uneven surfaces. The truck is available with either a steel or aluminum frame; the 14 gauge steel frame is built for rigorous environments, while the aluminum frame is lighter, spark-resistant, and easier to maneuver. Wheel options include pneumatic for handling heavy loads over various terrains, solid rubber for durability and simplified handling, or mold-on rubber for maintenance-free use in flat indoor environments. The fully enclosed 1" steel axles with sealed bearings enhance durability and longevity, and a foot-operated trip spring allows for convenient storage by folding the forks up or down. When folded up, the truck takes up less space, and when down, it allows the operator to slide under the desired pallet easily.
