The manual-powered model stands 90 inches high and has a maximum lift travel of 71 inches. It uses a manual foot pump to lift the backplate by 0.75 inches per stroke, with a lifting speed of 5 feet per minute and a load capacity of up to 1000 pounds. The unit rolls on two 3-inch rigid wheels and one 4-inch swivel phenolic wheel.
