The Valley Craft® EZY-TILT™ aluminum mini pallet truck with molded tires measures 10x22x51 inches and features two 13 3/4" forks designed for use with or without Valley Craft mini pallets. It has a 1,000 lb. load capacity and is maneuvered via rubber grip twin handles. The unit includes built-in oversized fenders for improved stability and load protection during transport, and a hand brake for added control on select models. Available with steel or aluminum frames, the pallet truck offers wheel options of pneumatic, solid rubber, or mold-on rubber. Steel frames are constructed from heavy 14 gauge steel for durability in rigorous environments, while aluminum frames are lighter, easier to maneuver, and spark resistant for specific environments. Pneumatic wheels facilitate handling over various terrain, solid rubber wheels provide premium durability for heavy loads, and mold-on rubber wheels are maintenance-free, suited for flat indoor use. The 1" steel axels are fully enclosed in a protective housing with sealed bearings to enhance unit durability and longevity. A foot-operated trip spring allows the forks to fold up for compact storage or fold down to slide under pallets easily, enabling the operator to tilt the hand truck to lock the forks in place for transport.
