The Valley Craft® Ezy-Tilt™ Mini pallet truck with brakes features aluminum construction with dimensions of 10 x 25 x 53 inches and includes two 13 3/4" forks designed for use with or without Valley Craft mini pallets. It has a 1,000 lb. load capacity and is equipped with rubber grip twin handles for easy maneuvering. Built-in oversized fenders improve stability and protect the load during transport. The hand brake offers added control on heavy loads or uneven surfaces on select models. Available in steel or aluminum frames, the pallet truck offers wheel options including pneumatic, solid rubber, or mold-on rubber. Heavy 14 gauge steel frames provide durability for rigorous use, while lighter aluminum frames offer spark resistance for specialized environments. Pneumatic wheels facilitate handling on various terrains; solid rubber wheels ensure durability, and mold-on rubber wheels are maintenance-free and optimized for flat indoor environments. The unit includes 1" steel axles fully enclosed in protective housings with sealed bearings for enhanced durability and longevity. A foot-operated trip spring allows the forks to fold up to save storage space or down to slide under pallets, with the ability to tilt the hand truck to lock forks in place, aiding in break-over for easy transport.
