The Valley Craft EZY-TILT Mini Pallet Truck with Brakes features two 13 3/4" steel forks measuring 51" x 25" x 53" overall and is designed for use with or without Valley Craft mini pallets. It has a 1,000 lb. load capacity and is equipped with rubber grip twin handles for easy maneuverability. The unit includes built-in oversized fenders for improved stability and load protection during transport, as well as a hand brake for added control on heavy loads or uneven surfaces, available on select models. The pallet truck is offered with steel or aluminum frames; the heavy 14 gauge steel frame offers durability for rigorous use, while the lighter aluminum frame provides easier handling and spark resistance for specialized environments. Wheel options include pneumatic, solid rubber, or mold-on rubber, each suitable for different terrain types—pneumatic wheels for rough terrain, solid rubber for premium durability, and mold-on rubber for flat indoor environments with maintenance-free usage. The unit has 1" steel axels enclosed in a protective housing with sealed bearings for durability and longevity. The foot-operated trip spring allows the forks to fold up or down for improved handling and convenient storage, reducing space when folded up and enabling easy sliding under pallets when folded down. The operator can tilt the hand truck up to lock the forks in place and tilt back to break over the load, facilitating efficient loading and transport.
