ISO SS 316 cast pipe fitting welding spud 4" NPT female fittings are designed to join two or more lengths of pipe or to close off the end of a pipe, allowing for connection in a straight line, direction changes, flow increase or reduction, or pipe end closure to stop flow. These fittings comply with ISO procedures and belong to the Class 150 ISO pattern stainless steel fittings, meeting specifications that include material grades 304 and 316, threads conforming to ANSI B1.20.1, and dimensions per ISO49. Each fitting is subjected to a thread test, pneumatic pressure testing, and material composition analysis, with burrs removed to prevent damage to sealants and ensure proper sealing.
