The MSS SS 304 cast pipe fitting union 2" socket weld female is designed for low-pressure applications where corrosion resistance is critical. Manufactured to meet the stringent requirements of MSS SP-114 class 150, these high-quality stainless steel fittings adhere to the strict standards of MSS SP-114 for heat treating and material thickness, as well as ASTM A351. The 304 grade provides excellent corrosion resistance due to its chromium-nickel composition, while the alternative 316 grade offers even higher resistance thanks to its additional nickel and molybdenum content.
