MSS SS 316 cast pipe fitting union 2" socket weld female is designed for low-pressure applications where corrosion resistance is significantly important. These high-quality stainless steel fittings adhere to strict industry standards, including MSS SP-114 for heat treating and material thickness, as well as ASTM A351. The fittings are made from 304 MSS SP-114 material, which is a chromium-nickel alloy providing good corrosion resistance, while the 316 MSS SP-114 fittings enhance this resistance due to a higher nickel content coupled with molybdenum.
