The turnstile header post is engineered to break away in case of an emergency, ensuring safety standards are met. All materials comply with ASTM standards, and the turnstile models Cat. # 1001 and 1002 are designed for durability and aesthetic appeal, featuring rugged construction with heavy gauge materials and bearings on moving surfaces for years of reliable service. Available for clockwise rotation (Cat # 1002) or counter-clockwise rotation (Cat # 1001), the turnstiles also include concealed bolt heads covered by a snap-on cover over the floor mounting flange. Installation requires header post Cat. # 1003-SR, two (2) curved rails # 1004, and two (2) end posts Cat. # 1013, with a minimum floor space requirement of 48" x 42".
