The wheel is constructed from a fiber filled phenolic resin, molded under extreme pressure, enabling it to carry heavy loads without causing damage to floors during intermittent service. It features a non-marking design and is resistant to corrosion from oil, water, grease, as well as commonly used acids or solvents, and it will not spark. This wheel can be operated continuously in temperature ranges of -50 to 260 degrees F and intermittently up to 300 degrees F.
