The locking toilet tissue dispenser is a theft-proof chrome product in San Jamar's line of tissue dispensers, featuring an attractive chrome finish. It is designed with concealed tension springs to prevent free rolling of tissue, and the dispenser locks to prevent theft of the tissue roll. The dimensions of the dispenser are 6" W x 4-1/2" D x 2-3/4" H.
