Channel mounted clamping systems are designed for multiple line runs and feature Cush-A-Clamps that absorb vibrations and reduce unwanted noise. These systems effectively absorb shock and vibration, prevent galvanic corrosion, and are compatible with any standard 1-5/8" wide channel. Each assembly consists of a steel clamp with a locknut and a thermoplastic elastomer cushion. All components are clearly marked for easy identification and packaged for both small lot and bulk use. Upon specification, Cush-A-Clamp® assemblies up to 2" can be obtained as individually packaged units. The product complies with relevant industry standards and certifications, ensuring reliability and performance in various applications.
