The iMix® hot beverage system with three hoppers (iMix-3 - 36900) features a capacity of three 8-pound (3.6 kg) hoppers and includes large, lighted front graphics for effective merchandising. It is equipped with a 4.4-gallon hot water tank designed to meet peak serving times and offers a cup clearance of 7.25" (18.4 cm), adjustable to 8.12" (20.6 cm) to accommodate popular cup sizes. Key service components are easily accessible through the front and top, while the high-speed, heavy-duty whipper ensures complete product mixing. The machine's front access facilitates servicing the tank drain, dump valves, auger, whipper motors, and control board. A key lock on the door prevents tampering, and the contemporary styling provides a striking visual statement. The low product detection system issues audible alerts and displays messages when hoppers are running low, and the new digital technology includes a night mode to prevent pilferage. An alphanumeric display communicates advertising messages, machine status, and technical support contact information. The spring-loaded, all-metal auger drive system allows for easy hopper installation, and the machine can be ordered with either left or right-hinged doors to accommodate side-by-side placement. Setup and calibration are conducted from the front of the machine, and auger motors feature RPM feedback monitoring to ensure consistent flavor and profitability through controlled powder dosing. Additional displays for iced coffee are available, along with a top-hinged, lift door model.
