The butcher block top is 1-3/4" thick, designed to help deaden sound and absorb impact, and is replaceable, bolted to an all-welded steel frame. The workbench has a 3000 lbs. weight capacity with a 30" x 48" work surface and corner gussets for additional reinforcement. It features a 12 gauge half-depth lower shelf with a 3" high backstop, a patented bracket system that allows for drill-free installation, and includes a bin rail, roll goods holder, and shelf. The fixed height of the unit is 37-1/2" overall height, constructed with 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/16" thick angle iron. Footpads have 5/8" holes for mounting to the floor, and the entire structure is finished with a gray powder coating. The workbench is all-welded and ready for immediate use.
