The butcher block workbench features a 1-3/4" thick top that helps deaden sound and absorb impact, attached to an all-welded steel frame with replaceable tops bolted securely. It supports a capacity of 3000 lbs. and provides a 24" x 48" work surface. The construction includes corner gussets for reinforcement, a 12 gauge half-depth lower shelf with a 3" high backstop, and a patented bracket system allowing drill-free installation. A louvered panel and shelf are included, with a fixed overall height of 37-1/2". The frame is made of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/16" thick angle iron, and footpads feature a 5/8" hole for floor mounting. The finish is gray powder coated, and the entire unit is all-welded and ready for immediate use.
