It features a one-piece cast iron base that absorbs vibrations during operation, allowing heavier cuts while ensuring accuracy. The lathe includes a 10" three jaw scroll chuck with top reversing jaws and an emergency stop (E-stop) on the carriage to enhance operator safety. Additional features include a full-length splashguard with an integrated CNC-style worklight, a steady and follow rest equipped with roller bearings, and bed ways that are induction hardened and ground for durability.
