The smooth 12 gauge steel top is double-reinforced with angle iron on the underside and gussets in the corners for exceptional strength and rigidity. The workbench features a 4500 lbs. capacity and a 36" x 60" work surface with an open base and fixed overall height of 36". Footpads include a 5/8" hole for floor mounting. It has an 11" deep shelf and a 24" high louvered panel, with a patented bracket system allowing drill-free installation. The frame is constructed from 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/16" thick angle iron and finished with a gray powder coating. The unit is all-welded and ready for immediate use. Packaging workbenches are also offered in additional configurations including pegboard panel and shelf, roll goods holder with bin rail and shelf, butcher block top, and back and end stops.
