The 45 gallon manual close flammable liquid safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with double-walled sides, top, bottom, and doors featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space between walls. It includes two vents with 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded fittings, fire baffle, and cap. The cabinet has a lead-free, high gloss powder coat finish with red trilingual warning, grounding attachment, 3-point stainless steel bullet latching system, and a 2-in (5.1 cm) raised, leakproof door sill. Each shelf is adjustable on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers, supported by four patented adjustable galvanized steel brackets, and holds a 350 lbs (159 kg) uniform distributed load. The cabinet features continuous piano hinges, four adjustable galvanized leveling legs, internal and external welded construction, a flush-mounted door handle with key lock, and self-latching doors with manual close operation providing 180° opening. It is FM-approved and meets NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements.
