The 60 gallon manual close flammable liquid safety cabinet is constructed from 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with double-walled sides, top, bottom, and doors featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space between the walls. It includes two vents with 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded fittings, each equipped with a fire baffle and cap. The cabinet has a lead-free, high gloss powder coat finish with a red trilingual warning, grounding attachment, a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system, and a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised, leakproof door sill. It features continuous piano hinges, four adjustable galvanized leveling legs, patented adjustable galvanized steel shelves that are supported by four brackets and adjustable on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers, each shelf supporting a safe allowable load of 350 lbs (159 kg). The cabinet directs spills to the back and bottom into a leakproof sump designed for a uniform distributed load of 350 lbs. It has internal and external welded construction, a flush-mounted door handle with key lock, and door closings that provide manual close function with a 180° opening. The cabinet is FM-approved and meets NFPA code 30 and OSHA requirements.
