The 90 gallon manual close flammable liquid safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with double-walled sides, top, bottom, and doors, separated by a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space. It includes two 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded vents equipped with a fire baffle and cap, a lead-free high gloss powder coat finish with red trilingual warning, a grounding attachment, a 3-point stainless steel bullet latch system, and a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill. Each cabinet features adjustable patented galvanized steel shelves supported by four brackets at 3 in (7.6 cm) centers, with a safe allowable load of 350 lbs (159 kg) distributed load. The internal and external welded construction directs spills to the back and bottom leakproof sump, which also supports 350 lbs distributed load. Additional attributes include four adjustable galvanized leveling legs, a flush mounted door handle with key lock, self-latching doors with manual close operation and 180° opening. The cabinet is FM-approved and complies with NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements. The product warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
