The optional tray attachment for Utili-Guard+™ flammable cabinets is designed to safely organize and provide easy access to small paint and stain canisters, bottles, tools, or other loose items on the cabinet door. Made of strong steel, the tray measures 3-1/2" high by 17-13/16" wide by 3" deep and weighs 2.7 lbs. It installs securely in seconds using the cabinet’s integrated door brackets with a tool-free mounting system. These tray attachments are fully interchangeable and can be mixed and matched with other door accessories such as aerosol can, spray bottle, and caulk tube attachments to create a customizable interior layout for evolving workflows and storage needs. Additional trays can be added to maximize usable space and maintain work essentials within easy reach. The trays provide instant organization, reduce clutter, and enhance storage capacity and productivity. They are intended solely for use with Utili-Guard+™ flammable cabinets, as other standard flammable cabinet models lack the inner space to support door shelves. For 30-gallon Utili-Guard+™ cabinets, the maximum is two attachments per door with a weight limit of 17 lbs per door, while 45-gallon and 90-gallon cabinets support up to four attachments per door with a 35 lbs weight limit per door. When used as a top attachment, maintain at least 1.5" clearance from the top edge of the door. Proper installation requires both brackets to be straight and fully engaged by pushing downward. If storing safety cans, funnel openings should face the side or back to prevent contact with the attachments.
