Justrite's steel laboratory safety cans, designed for safely dispensing hazardous liquids into test tubes, small flasks, and beakers, include all the benefits of Type I cans with added features. The fill spouts have self-close, pressure-relief caps and stainless steel flame arresters, while a vacuum-relief valve is incorporated within the lid for smooth liquid flow. The cans are equipped with self-closing faucets for trouble-free dispensing; those with the smaller No. 08540 faucet provide easier dispensing in lab environments, whereas the No. 08902 faucet is better suited for heavy, industrial use. Shelf cans feature an 08540 faucet mounted 2 inches above the bottom to eliminate lifting the cans during dispensing. These cans are FM approved and come with a warranty covering terms as specified by the manufacturer.
