Justrite's steel laboratory safety cans are designed for safely dispensing hazardous liquids into test tubes, small flasks, and beakers, incorporating all the benefits of Type I cans with additional features. The fill spouts are equipped with self-closing, pressure-relief caps and stainless steel flame arresters, while the lids include a vacuum-relief valve for smooth liquid flow. The cans also feature self-closing faucets for trouble-free dispensing, with the smaller No. 08540 faucet providing easier dispensing in lab environments and the No. 08902 faucet being more suitable for heavy industrial use. Shelf cans include a No. 08540 faucet mounted 2 inches above the bottom to eliminate the need to lift the cans during dispensing. These cans are FM approved.
