The load binder is finished with a red E-Coat paint that provides improved resistance against rust, corrosion, and weather conditions, ensuring durability in harsh environments. Operation involves attaching chain links to either hook and pulling the lever to tighten. This recoiless lever load binder accommodates chains ranging from 5/16-in. Grade 70 up to 3/8-in. Grade 43.
