Built of high-strength drop-forged steel, the Ancra Cargo® 5/16-in.-3/8-in. XHD ratchet load binder provides a durable and efficient means for securing transport chain. It features a yellow E-coat finish to resist the elements and improve visibility, and the sturdy build offers up to 6,600 lbs of strength. The design includes a heavier welded barrel, a two-piece handle with a spring-loaded release rocker, and built-in thread stops to prevent overextension of threads, all of which work seamlessly together to enhance efficiency and maintain full load-carrying capacity. The ratchet chain load binder accepts chain sizes from 5/16-in. G70 up to 3/8-in., and to operate, chain links are attached to either hook and the lever is pulled to tighten.
