Made for securing heavy-duty cargo, the Grade 70 5/16-in. x 20-ft. chain assembly with clevis hooks features heat-treated carbon alloy steel for strength. The Grade 70 chain is constructed from high-performance steel and has been 100% proof tested to twice its original working load limit, providing a total working load limit of 4,700 lbs. The chain assembly is zinc-plated with a gold chromate coat to protect against rust and corrosion. At each end of the chain, a pair of heat-treated alloy steel clevis hooks offer robust strength for securely holding to anchor points during cargo tie-down. This chain assembly meets NACM standards per specifications of the Department of Transportation and CCMTA, includes properly marked links, and comes with aluminum tags stamped with working load limit information.
