Built for heavy-duty securement, the Grade 70 5/16-in. x 25-ft. chain assembly in Apail provides high-quality reliability with heat-treated carbon alloy steel construction. The chain assembly has been 100% proof-tested to twice its original working load limit, resulting in a total working load limit of 4,700 lbs. It features a zinc-plated gold chromate coating that protects against rust and corrosion, suitable for harsh conditions. The attached alloy steel clevis hooks are heat-treated for superior strength. The chain assembly is made to NACM standards and complies with specifications from the Department of Transportation and CCMTA for tie-down use, with properly marked links and aluminum tags stamped with working load limit information.
