The Encore™ Packaging Woven Cord Strapping Kit is designed for 3/4" wide, regular duty applications and includes all necessary components for efficient strapping tasks. The kit features woven cord strapping made from high-tensile polyester fibers, ensuring excellent tensile strength with a break strength of 150 lbs. The strapping has a thickness of 0.040" and a length of 1,200 feet per roll. Included in the package are 25 metal seals compatible with the strapping, designed for secure fastening. The kit is equipped with a tensioning and sealing tool capable of operating on standard and heavy-duty woven cord straps. It complies with ASTM D3953 standards for strapping, providing reliable performance and safety. Dimensions of the packaging are compact for easy storage and transport, with the roll measuring 3.25" in diameter. The product is certified for industrial use and meets environmental safety standards.
