The Rogue is a premium work shoe designed specifically for women, combining the comfort of a leather sneaker with the aesthetic of an Oxford. It is available with either a steel toe or a soft toe (no safety toe) option. The shoe features a slip-resistant SR rated Vibram® outsole and is engineered with a flexible full-grain leather upper that is easy to clean. The steel toe option is ASTM certified (F2413-24) and OSHA compliant, offering electrical hazard protection with an EH rating. The Rogue is super slip resistant with an SRO rating and is made in North America by a small, woman-owned business. Customers are advised to order a half size up for optimal fit.
