The Rogue is a premium work shoe designed specifically for women, combining the comfort of a leather sneaker with the refined appearance of an oxford. This shoe is available with the option of a steel toe, which is ASTM certified under F2413-24 and OSHA compliant, or a soft toe without a safety cap. It features a slip-resistant SR rated Vibram® outsole and electrical hazard protection (EH rated). The shoe is constructed from flexible full-grain leather that is easy to clean and is engineered for women by women. Made in North America by a small, woman-owned business, the Rogue work shoe requires ordering a half size up for proper fit.
