The Fusion work boot is an ASTM certified metatarsal steel-toe boot (F2413-24) that meets OSHA compliance and offers electrical hazard protection (EH rated), metatarsal guard protection (MT rated), and slip resistance (SR rated). It features an innovative internal met guard constructed from soft open-cell foam that hardens instantly upon impact to provide a protective shield. Each pair is handcrafted in North America using premium full-grain and nubuck leather. The boot is specifically engineered for women by women and is produced by a small, woman-owned business.
