Armor Poly® rust prevention film combines vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) with linear low-density polyethylene film to create a clean, dry packaging material that provides both a physical and molecular barrier to protect metal from moisture, dust, and contaminants that cause corrosion. The film is easy to use for rust prevention and containment, protects metals for up to 3 years, contains no oils, grease, solvents, or other harsh chemicals, and is available in rolls, sheeting, bags, tubing, and shrink film ranging from 1 to 12 mils thick. It is recyclable and, in some cases, reusable. The product features Bright Idea Technology™, which provides visible proof of VCI presence, and can be used alone or paired with other Armor VCI products for extended protection. It meets all REACH and RoHS requirements.
