The kit includes a 10ft x 10ft (3m x 3m) canopy providing 100 square feet of shaded area, supported by a stable, lightweight steel frame with reinforced canopy corners. The canopy is made of rugged 210D polyester with UPF 50+ treatment for UV protection and features a PU coating for waterproof protection against rain and other elements. It offers multiple height options with ABS plastic sliders and push-button locks that extend to three heights ranging from 9.3ft to 10ft (2.8m to 3m). For easy storage and transport, a large wheeled storage bag is included, designed to fit the collapsed tent with the canopy still attached. Added stability is provided by four heavy-duty ground stakes and four ropes. The approximate weight of the kit is 38lbs (17.2kg). This canopy tent has been tested and approved to meet CPAI-84 code and comes with warranty terms as specified by the manufacturer.
