The Werner® D7140-2 fiberglass D-rung extension ladder has a duty rating of 300 pounds and includes the exclusive ALFLO® rung joint for Twist-Proof® performance. It features external guides at the top of the base section to secure the interlocking side rails, and pre-pierced holes at the top of the fly section for easy field installation of accessories. The plate and rung assemblies are riveted at four points to each side rail, while the Traction-Tred® D rungs provide slip resistance. The ladder is equipped with a smooth operating pulley with a polypropylene rope, interlocking side rails with nylon-coated internal rail guides at the bottom of the fly section to increase ease of operation, and rugged heavy-duty extruded rung locks that operate smoothly via spring loading. Dual action feet include slip-resistant pads and spur plates for use on both hard and penetrable surfaces. Additional features include mar-resistant molded end caps and a Werner® durable rail shield and shoe bracket to protect the rail from damage. This ladder is ideal for utility and telecommunication industries.
