The DEWALT® DXCM019-0338 3/8 in. NPT desiccant air cleaner is designed to clean air and remove water vapor at the source, supporting applications that require oil-free, moisture-free air such as spray painting. It features two separate air conditioning systems: an oil-removal filter that traps oil aerosols and a desiccant bead system that removes water vapor. An outlet screen prevents desiccant particles from entering the air stream, thus protecting air tools. The desiccant beads change color to indicate when replacement or recharging is required. The system includes a quick-release bowl for easy fluid level viewing, protected by metal guards against impact, and a quarter-turn drain for simplified maintenance.
