VinylStatB provides an excellent ESD-safe workstation mat with a light cushion for component safety and operator comfort. It is a three-layer mat consisting of a conductive metalized fleece sandwiched between a solid, dissipative top surface and a foam base layer. The mat offers cushioning to protect dropped or mishandled items and is made of vinyl, making it suitable for general use ESD applications. Soldering on the mat is not recommended. It has a surface resistivity of 10^7 to 10^8 ohms and is available in blue or gray colors. The product comes in 50 ft rolls or an assortment of pre-cut lengths. It meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 per ANSI/ESD STM4.1, ensuring compliance with industry ESD standards.
