VinylStatB provides an excellent ESD-safe workstation mat with light cushioning to protect components and enhance operator comfort. It is a three-layer mat composed of a conductive metalized fleece sandwiched between a solid, dissipative top surface and a foam base layer. The mat offers cushioning to protect dropped or mishandled items and is made from vinyl, making it suitable for general ESD applications; soldering on the mat is not recommended. It has a surface resistivity of 10^7 to 10^8 ohms and is available in blue or gray colors. The product is offered in 50 ft rolls or as an assortment of pre-cut lengths. VinylStatB meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and complies with ANSI/ESD STM4.1 standards.
